INCENTIVE/FIT:
I think Rachel would definitely be willing to head out to help Eudio! Post-series, she doesn't really have her Oracle duties anymore ( because the Spirit of Delphi is MIA ), and while she probably still has some prophetic dreams and stuff, she's just been hanging out in New Rome, trying to recover and decode the Sibylline Books. Which! Is what her incentive would be - either help in recovering any number of the books, or actually physically given one of the books. yas.
And she'd definitely fit into the whole world where hugs are magic power because she firmly believes that hugs are actually magic power. It's just cool that it's literally power now. But no yeah, she's the huggy friend, the ..call the boy stupid for taking so long to kiss her kinda gal, the grab your hand to pull you over to a store window when you didn't really need her to physically pull you over there pal. She's a viiiirgin because of an oath she took to become the Oracle, but she's not the Oracle anymore really? So she'll be able to break that oath finally, which is fun, but said oath never really deterred her from being flirty and whatnot anyways, so. YEAH, she'll actually be wicked excited to find out there's a place where her hugs help a whole city. She also just likes making friends and being social and talking to everyone, so a city that thrives on that? Perfecto.

She has the Sight! True Sight. Which means two things - basically! She can see magical/charmed/concealed things as they ~~truly are~~, and she has the gift of prophecy. Which I think in game context just means she'll have silly dreams, probably sex dreams, and when she figures out they're actually prophetic sex dreams, she'll run to people telling them who they should hook up with for a good time, or who they should avoid because it's going to end in embarrassment. Y'know, ridiculous stuff. And I have a permissions page for anybody that's not into that kinda thing.
